Occupancy Planner

Job Summary

To support occupancy planning efforts, the full-time Occupancy Planner will manage space utilization, develop stack and space plans, and enhance employee experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze business unit demand/supply information and monitor against approved plans
• Develop current and forecasted stack plans and space plans, identifying tactical projects for implementation
• Build strong relationships with key client/site stakeholders to improve employee experience and coordinate with project managers

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of CAFM software and space management systems
• Experience in managing projects of varied scope and complexity
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations
• Familiarity with architectural and engineering drawings, concepts, and design
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
