Job Summary
Working remotely on a temporary basis, the full-time Occupancy Planner will manage updates to drawings and property management software using AutoCAD or Revit, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships while addressing drawing issues and conducting site inspections
- Research and implement new processes and technologies to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure all CAD drawings meet established standards and conduct audits of facility information
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
- In-depth knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD and ArcGIS Software
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to manage sensitive and complex information effectively
