Occupancy Planning Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Occupancy Planning Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and analyze data to determine space management and occupancy planning needs
• Coordinate occupancy planning projects and develop strategies for implementation
• Engage with stakeholders to create innovative solutions for space requests and manage customer expectations

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience in lieu of degree
• 2 - 3 years of experience in space utilization and occupancy planning or related disciplines is a plus
• Familiarity with architectural drawings and space planning concepts
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Experience with reservation-based software and data analysis
