Job Summary

A company is looking for an Occupancy Planning Director to lead strategic goals and occupancy planning deliverables for an industrial account.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise team activities, including training, performance evaluations, and recruitment
• Establish performance objectives and develop processes for team efficiencies while managing financial and operational measures
• Collaborate with departments to forecast real estate plans and identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education may be considered
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management is preferred
• Leadership skills to manage and achieve targets impacting multiple department results
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
