Job Summary

A company is looking for an Occupancy Planning & Management (OPM) Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth within existing client accounts and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of OPM opportunities and lead pricing strategy development
  • Collaborate with internal teams to position and sell OPM services while maintaining accurate sales information in CRM
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent required
  • 5 years of OPM or equivalent experience in related fields
  • 5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in solutions selling
  • Proven track record of driving and closing complex sales opportunities
  • Strong working knowledge of OPM services and familiarity with workplace technologies
