Job Summary
A company is looking for an Occupancy Planning & Management (OPM) Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth within existing client accounts and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and manage a pipeline of OPM opportunities and lead pricing strategy development
- Serve as a subject matter expert and deliver compelling sales content and proposals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent required
- 5 years of experience in OPM or related fields such as Space Planning and Workplace Strategy
- 5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in solutions selling
- Strong working knowledge of OPM services and corporate real estate needs
- Proven track record of driving and closing complex sales opportunities
