Job Summary

A company is looking for an Occupancy Planning & Management (OPM) Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth within existing client accounts and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of OPM opportunities and lead pricing strategy development
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and deliver compelling sales content and proposals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent required
  • 5 years of experience in OPM or related fields such as Space Planning and Workplace Strategy
  • 5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in solutions selling
  • Strong working knowledge of OPM services and corporate real estate needs
  • Proven track record of driving and closing complex sales opportunities
