Occupational Health Nurse - RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Occupational Health Nurse (RN) to support its Occupational Health efforts remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage medical/disability cases from initiation to closure, including assessment and coordination with healthcare providers
• Coordinate Return to Work/Fit for Duty exams and collaborate with healthcare providers regarding employee health issues
• Maintain medical records, track injury and illness metrics, and communicate health and safety issues to employees and management

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a valid RN license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is highly preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• 3-5 years of nursing experience required; 2-3 years in urgent care, emergency department, or occupational health preferred
• California RN license is a plus, but not required
