Job Summary

Supporting drug testing and occupational health services, the full-time Occupational Health Representative will manage client inquiries, handle open orders, and perform data analysis while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to high-volume client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring professional assistance
• Manage open orders related to drug testing and occupational health services
• Review medical documents for validity and completeness in compliance with regulations

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in medical office administration or occupational health preferred
• Prior experience in drug testing or compliance-related services is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with customer service responsibilities
