Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Review, collect, and verify vaccination documentation for employees
Track compliance with vaccinations and health screenings, ensuring timely follow-up
Maintain confidential employee health records in accordance with HIPAA and company policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Occupational Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in occupational health, employee health, or HR compliance
Familiarity with Concentra or similar occupational health provider workflows
Basic understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and workplace health standards
Experience supporting or tracking workers' compensation cases is a plus
