Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide occupational medicine operations, the full-time Assistant Vice President of Occupational Medicine Operations will provide strategic and operational leadership while working from home, focusing on program scalability, performance improvement, and client service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for occupational medicine services across multiple markets, ensuring high-quality experiences
• Oversee Occupational Medicine Operations and Physical Therapy teams to drive performance and service line growth
• Identify and implement solutions to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency and service delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of progressive healthcare operations or management experience
• Proven success in leading multi-site operations and large-scale healthcare service lines
• Experience in driving operational improvements and organizational growth initiatives
• Strong ability to build partnerships with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
