Occupational Therapist

Job Summary

A company in the healthcare industry is looking for an Occupational Therapist.

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, visual perception, sensory integration, and activities of daily living
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals to address students' specific needs
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other members of the student's educational team to ensure a holistic approach to intervention

Required Qualifications:

• A valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Utah
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist
• Strong understanding of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and its impact on occupational therapy services in schools
• Ability to work independently, manage caseload effectively, and meet deadlines
