Occupational Therapist Contractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) - Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen, assess, and treat students with fine motor and sensory processing issues as per their Individualized Education Program (IEP)
• Develop treatment plans, progress reports, and maintain compliance with state and school regulations
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and IEP teams to ensure effective implementation of therapy services

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a public school environment
• Occupational Therapist licensure in at least one state
• Ability to work independently with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week during typical school hours
• Experience in teaching in an online or virtual environment is preferred
• Familiarity with assistive technology and strong organizational skills
