Job Summary

Providing virtual occupational therapy services, the fully remote Occupational Therapist - Florida Licensed will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions to support post-operative functional recovery for patients across various surgical populations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual post-operative functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver virtual therapy interventions through one-on-one and group sessions, monitoring patient progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize therapy service delivery and contribute to clinical program development

Required qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Florida or other compact licensure states
• Clinical experience providing occupational therapy services to post-operative or rehabilitation populations
• Strong clinical expertise in post-operative rehabilitation and functional recovery
• Ability to conduct virtual occupational therapy assessments and interventions
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and digital tools
