Occupational Therapist Partner Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the remote Partner Success Manager will manage multiple partner accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing success while serving as a critical liaison between sales, operations, and clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive communication with partner stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and engagement
• Own visibility into key metrics indicating program health and drive strategic interventions based on data analysis
• Lead end-to-end implementation planning and execution for new partnerships, coordinating cross-functional teams for successful program launches

Required Qualifications

• Clinical degree or licensure (OT or related healthcare credential)
• 3+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or partner/account management in healthcare
• Demonstrated experience managing complex implementations or program launches
• Understanding of healthcare payer operations, including Medicaid and managed care
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance and program data
