Job Summary

A company is looking for a CQE Rehabilitation Services Manager I to join their Rehabilitation Services Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the medical necessity review of rehabilitation services
• Conduct timely and accurate reviews to verify and approve necessary care and services
• Collaborate with senior management on clinical program development and implementation

Required Qualifications

• Professional degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current, unrestricted license to practice in their healthcare specialty
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably with both adult and pediatric populations
• Specific experience with medical necessity case review preferred
• Understanding of Occupational Therapy evidence-based guidelines and best practices required
