Occupational Therapy Supervisor

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Occupational Therapy Services Supervisor will manage customer service and account management for partner schools, supervise a team of Occupational Therapists, and ensure compliance and quality in service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned partner schools, coordinating service delivery and building relationships with Special Education leaders
• Supervise and support a team of Occupational Therapists, overseeing hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development
• Analyze service delivery data and collaborate with leadership to implement departmental policies and improve service quality

Required qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience as a licensed and registered OT(R) providing school-based services, with teletherapy experience required
• At least one year of direct supervisory experience is required; three years preferred
• Master's degree in a related field is required
• Ability to obtain and maintain multiple state certifications, licenses, and clearances as needed
• High level of technological proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Power BI
