Ocean Product Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ocean Product Specialist to execute strategies that support the growth of ocean volumes and enhance the development of the ocean product.

Key Responsibilities

• Support carrier development, pricing, and analyze carrier performance and service issues
• Implement strategies to increase volumes, maximize competitiveness, and enhance service quality
• Manage the annual budget and report results to achieve budget targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 8 years of experience in the international freight forwarding industry with direct ocean experience
• Experience in negotiating and analyzing ocean rates and routing
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
