OCI Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support a client in Chicago, IL, the contract Oracle Cloud (OCI) Solutions Architect will take hands-on responsibility for OCI environment configuration, partner with implementation teams, and establish best practices for Oracle Fusion applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with implementation teams to review and validate OCI architecture and design decisions
• Configure OCI environment, including compute, networking, IAM, and connectivity
• Co-lead the architecture and implementation of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HR and payroll needs

Required qualifications

• OCI Architect certification (Associate or Professional) required
• 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture or engineering with hands-on OCI experience
• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Fusion applications (HCM and/or EPM)
• Experience working with large system integrators, such as IBM or Accenture
• BA or BS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
