OCM and Training Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an OCM and Training Lead to manage change, communications, and training for Microsoft 365 web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver up to 20 virtual end user orientation sessions on Microsoft 365 web apps
• Lead the creation of manager enablement kits and oversee development of end user support resources
• Manage the full training content lifecycle and coordinate go-live communications with client teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience in change management and training for software applications
• Proficiency in developing eLearning content, specifically in Articulate Rise
• Ability to create instructional materials and support resources
• Experience in conducting virtual training sessions and manager briefings
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 web applications
