OCM and Training Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an OCM and Training Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver virtual end user orientation sessions on Microsoft 365 web apps
• Lead the creation of manager enablement kits and oversee development of end user support resources
• Manage the full training content lifecycle and coordinate go-live communications

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 web applications
• Proficiency in developing eLearning content, specifically in Articulate Rise
• Ability to design training materials and manage training sessions
• Experience in change management and communications
• Familiarity with SCORM compliance and browser-based eLearning standards
