Job Summary

A company is looking for an OCM Specialist to join their Organizational Change Management department.

Key Responsibilities

Apply OCM principles, methods, techniques, and tools within large or complex IT projects
Develop and implement change management strategies to support project success and stakeholder engagement
Conduct impact and risk assessments to identify change impacts and mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four (4) years of full-time experience applying OCM principles in large or complex IT projects
Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with Waterfall and Prosci frameworks
Valid certification such as CCMP or Prosci Certification
Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
