Job Summary
Supporting OEM program requests, the remote OEM Program Coordinator will manage project coordination, serve as a liaison between internal teams and OEM customers, and ensure timely execution and delivery of projects.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate OEM program requests from initial inquiry to production, ensuring technical requirements and due dates are met
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding program status and updates
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in program coordination, project management, or OEM environments
- Ability to perform effectively in environments with frequent workload changes and competing demands
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
