OEM Program Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting OEM program requests, the remote OEM Program Coordinator will manage project coordination, serve as a liaison between internal teams and OEM customers, and ensure timely execution and delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate OEM program requests from initial inquiry to production, ensuring technical requirements and due dates are met
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding program status and updates
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in program coordination, project management, or OEM environments
• Ability to perform effectively in environments with frequent workload changes and competing demands
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
