Job Summary
To enhance market penetration in the defined territory, the remote OEM Sales Manager will manage B2B sales into OEM Modular Construction and other manufacturers, focusing on relationship-building with existing customers and developing new accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current customers while identifying and onboarding new OEM accounts
- Develop and execute territory and account business plans aimed at retention, new account acquisition, and sales growth
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and risks, ensuring accurate sales forecasts and activity reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of B2B sales experience within building products or a related field
- Proven ability to convert prospects and meet or exceed sales quotas
- Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong business development mindset with a focus on prospecting and new account growth
