OEM Solution Architecture Manager

Job Summary

Leading OEM technical field teams, the full-time OEM Solution Architecture Manager will oversee product integration, coordinate new product introduction (NPI) activities, and orchestrate end-to-end solution development while collaborating with cross-functional teams in both remote and onsite environments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate technical engagements to align OEM technical teams with sales strategies and design win objectives
• Lead NPI activities by planning and guiding teams to integrate NVIDIA technologies into OEM platforms
• Orchestrate end-to-end solution development, ensuring timely execution and cross-functional alignment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or MBA with a focus on IT management
• 10+ years of experience with OEM, ODM, and datacenter operations, including 4+ years in a leadership role
• Proven coordination skills in managing workflows across technical engagements and NPI efforts
• Familiarity with OEM integration cycles, including product qualification and launch processes
• High-level understanding of NVIDIA's solution suite, including GPU, networking, and software stacks relevant to data center and OEM deployments
