Offensive Cyber Security Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead, Offensive Cyber Security Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute offensive cyber operations, including penetration tests and red team operations
• Evolve offensive security capabilities and operations to assess effectiveness against real-world adversary tactics
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring for team members while communicating findings to various audiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or IT, or equivalent work experience
• Deep hands-on experience in leading and executing offensive cyber operations across multiple domains
• Ability to mature an offensive security program and translate findings into risks and recommendations
• 8+ years of progressive experience in offensive cyber operations is preferred
• Experience with assessing and testing cloud environments and identity-based infrastructure
