Offensive Security Lead Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the development and operation of an AI-powered Red Teaming Harness, the full-time Offensive Security Lead Engineer will design and implement security measures, conduct red team operations, and collaborate with engineering teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and operate an AI-augmented red teaming harness for vulnerability discovery
• Conduct adversarial testing across multiple attack perspectives and validate findings for the patch management pipeline
• Assume ownership of security stage-gates within the CI/CD pipeline and collaborate on vulnerability prioritization workflows

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, penetration testing, or red team operations
• Experience building tools, scripting exploits, or constructing test harnesses (Python and/or Go preferred)
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs in a security context
• Proficiency with static and dynamic analysis and the ability to interpret findings from automated tooling
• Working knowledge of CVE and vulnerability data sources, including NVD and GitHub Advisory Database
