Office 365 Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting impactful projects remotely, the full-time Office 365 Managed Services Consultant will partner with clients to analyze business requirements, design and maintain Office 365 environments, and address escalated technical issues while fostering long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Surface and analyze customer business requirements to inform architectural design
• Design, construct, configure, and maintain all facets of an Office 365 Tenant
• Handle escalated tier 3 and tier 4 issues related to M365 and perform security analysis using core Microsoft tools

Required qualifications

• Real-world experience with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 in complex environments
• Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in applications across the Office 365 Stack, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform
• SME knowledge of Azure services, particularly Entra ID and Intune for endpoint management
• Experience in security analysis and administration, with familiarity in platforms like Microsoft Defender and Sentinel
• Any relevant Microsoft or technical certifications related to the M365 technology stack
