Job Summary

A company is looking for an Office Administrator (part-time) to manage their physical workspace in San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and functional office environment for employees and visitors
  • Manage mail and package distribution, including outgoing shipments and company swag
  • Prepare meeting rooms and assist with in-person events as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work 10-15 hours per week on-site in San Francisco
  • Experience in organizing physical spaces and managing daily operations
