Job Summary
A company is looking for an Office Administrator (part-time) to manage their physical workspace in San Francisco.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized, clean, and functional office environment for employees and visitors
- Manage mail and package distribution, including outgoing shipments and company swag
- Prepare meeting rooms and assist with in-person events as needed
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work 10-15 hours per week on-site in San Francisco
- Experience in organizing physical spaces and managing daily operations
- Ability to lift and move packages or office furniture up to 50 pounds
