Job Summary
Office Administrator, responsible for providing clerical and administrative support for the Digital Forensics and Viztech business groups in a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare correspondence, maintain job files, and coordinate meetings
- Process invoices and manage matter-related files according to company directives
- Assist the District Manager and Business Development Manager with various administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma with some college; associate degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative role
- Experience in legal, construction, or insurance industries is a plus
- Proficiency in various computer software applications, including MSOffice and SharePoint
- Ability to handle sensitive information and communicate professionally with clients and colleagues
