Job Summary

A company is looking for an Office Apps Developer Customer Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct standard product workshops and in-depth product reviews
  • Perform health checks, assessments, and post-operational reviews of product implementations
  • Act as the primary technical contact for advanced technical support and problem resolution for corporate customers

Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in O365 Office Apps development and administration
  • Experience with Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI migrations
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of ITIL/Service Management or project management experience
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience preferred
