Job Summary

A company is looking for an Office Coordinator to support Project Coordinators and Departmental Supervisors in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with Commercial Construction supervisors and Project Coordinators
  • Review and revise estimates and financial submittals for accuracy
  • Perform data entry and monitor Purchase Order use for departmental visibility
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to use various software products
  • Willingness to work shifts, including overtime and weekends
  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 100 lbs
