Job Summary
A company is looking for an Office Coordinator to support Project Coordinators and Departmental Supervisors in project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with Commercial Construction supervisors and Project Coordinators
- Review and revise estimates and financial submittals for accuracy
- Perform data entry and monitor Purchase Order use for departmental visibility
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of administrative experience
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to use various software products
- Willingness to work shifts, including overtime and weekends
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 100 lbs
