Job Summary

To ensure the smooth operation of the Military Services Department, the full-time remote Office Coordinator for Military Operations will manage administrative functions, provider lifecycle management, and communications, while supporting provider onboarding and addressing customer service needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client and provider inquiries, executing daily operational workflows
  • Support provider onboarding, credentialing, and re-credentialing activities, maintaining accurate provider records
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree or two years of relevant experience with a high school diploma
  • Experience working with behavioral health or social services within the military community
  • Experience in healthcare operations, coordination, or administrative support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Applications and CRM Platforms
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare documentation requirements preferred
