- Manage team performance, set goals, and ensure compliance with departmental standards
- Prepare reports and maintain organized records while facilitating communication with remote team members
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle title processing and state requirements
- Experience managing fully remote and/or hybrid teams
