  • Manage team performance, set goals, and ensure compliance with departmental standards
  • Prepare reports and maintain organized records while facilitating communication with remote team members
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of leadership experience preferred
  • Knowledge of vehicle title processing and state requirements
  • Experience managing fully remote and/or hybrid teams
