Job Summary
Providing analytical and administrative support for a large Federal government program, the full-time remote Office Manager will prepare reports, build presentations, and manage scheduling and logistics for meetings and travel arrangements.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepares weekly, monthly, and bi-annual reports using MS Word and Excel
- Schedules and plans internal and external meetings and conferences
- Maintains Microsoft Excel program tracking logs and documents meeting minutes
Required qualifications:
- 4-year degree in Business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) and SharePoint
- Working knowledge of Federal government contracting preferred
- Ability to meet customer security requirements, including a background check by Federal Authorities
