Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Office Manager and Full Charge Bookkeeper, the full-time position will manage day-to-day office operations, oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and prepare monthly financial statements using QuickBooks.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
  • Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and month-end close processes
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and conduct general ledger reconciliations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or in process
  • Experience with month-end close and general ledger account reconciliation
  • Proficiency in preparing monthly financial statements
  • Experience overseeing office and administrative functions
  • HR experience is a plus
