Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Office Manager and Full Charge Bookkeeper, the full-time position will manage day-to-day office operations, oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and prepare monthly financial statements using QuickBooks.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and month-end close processes
- Prepare monthly financial statements and conduct general ledger reconciliations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or in process
- Experience with month-end close and general ledger account reconciliation
- Proficiency in preparing monthly financial statements
- Experience overseeing office and administrative functions
- HR experience is a plus
