Job Summary

A company is looking for an Office Manager/Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office organization, supplies, and cleanliness
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Creative Director and assist with event planning
  • Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, handling office errands and travel bookings
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with G Suite and virtual meeting platforms
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to travel to the office in Manhattan Beach
  • Proactive and resourceful with strong organizational skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle for work-related tasks
