Job Summary
A company is looking for an Office Manager/Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office organization, supplies, and cleanliness
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Creative Director and assist with event planning
- Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, handling office errands and travel bookings
Required Qualifications
- Experience with G Suite and virtual meeting platforms
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule with the ability to travel to the office in Manhattan Beach
- Proactive and resourceful with strong organizational skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle for work-related tasks
