Job Summary

To support daily operations, the part-time Office Manager with Licensing will manage administrative tasks, oversee operating procedures, and maintain client records, working in-office Monday to Thursday and remotely on Fridays, with opportunities for growth in licensing within the first year.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain inventory, purchase office supplies, and process/distribute physical mail
  • Develop and execute Standard Operating Procedures while tracking business expenses and vendor relationships
  • Organize client correspondence and support the licensing and continuing education requirements for team members
Required qualifications
  • Previous administrative or secretarial experience desired
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Strong technical computer aptitude, particularly in Microsoft Office tools
  • Basic understanding of financial products and services
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and quality of work
