Job Summary
To support daily operations, the part-time Office Manager with Licensing will manage administrative tasks, oversee operating procedures, and maintain client records, working in-office Monday to Thursday and remotely on Fridays, with opportunities for growth in licensing within the first year.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain inventory, purchase office supplies, and process/distribute physical mail
- Develop and execute Standard Operating Procedures while tracking business expenses and vendor relationships
- Organize client correspondence and support the licensing and continuing education requirements for team members
Required qualifications
- Previous administrative or secretarial experience desired
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong technical computer aptitude, particularly in Microsoft Office tools
- Basic understanding of financial products and services
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and quality of work
