Key responsibilities
  • Greets customers and manages telephone communications efficiently
  • Collects and processes patient-related paperwork, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Provides clerical support, including data entry, scheduling, and managing supplies
Required qualifications
  • One year of experience in a clerical capacity
  • One year of experience in a customer-focused setting
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks accurately and timely
