Job Summary
To support patient record management, the full-time remote Office Records Clerk will provide customer assistance, handle paperwork, and perform clerical tasks while maintaining a professional image.
Key responsibilities
- Greets customers and manages telephone communications efficiently
- Collects and processes patient-related paperwork, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Provides clerical support, including data entry, scheduling, and managing supplies
Required qualifications
- One year of experience in a clerical capacity
- One year of experience in a customer-focused setting
- Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks accurately and timely
