Job Summary

Supporting administrative operations for behavioral health programs, the long-term contract Office Specialist will manage scheduling, documentation, and data management tasks in a remote role while being local to Minnesota for occasional onsite meetings.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate calendars and arrange meetings to support day-to-day scheduling needs
  • Compile and organize information from internal databases to maintain accurate records
  • Enter and update data in tracking systems with a high level of accuracy
Required qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in clerical, office support, or administrative assistant work
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Experience using database platforms or other computer-based information systems
  • Ability to organize priorities and work independently within required timeframes
  • Proven accuracy and close attention to detail in data entry and documentation tasks
