Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced OfficeTrack Solution Architect, the full-time temporary role focuses on designing, optimizing, and deploying OfficeTrack solutions remotely, ensuring scalable architecture and seamless integrations across field service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design the OfficeTrack golden configuration with measurable acceptance criteria
• Develop and execute a phased rollout strategy while leading change management initiatives
• Design and implement role-based access controls and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and standardization

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with OfficeTrack platform architecture, configuration, and deployment
• Deep understanding of Field Service Management (FSM) systems and mobile workforce solutions
• Expertise in system integration design, APIs, and middleware frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Certifications in FSM platforms, enterprise architecture, or cloud technologies preferred
