Offnet Project Manager

Job Summary

Coordinating the implementation of off-net circuits and colocation connectivity, the full-time Offnet Project Manager will manage multiple concurrent projects remotely, serving as the primary liaison between telecommunications vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and successful market launches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of off-net circuits, IRUs, and colocation connectivity
• Lead vendor management meetings and escalate delayed service orders to maintain project timelines
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates throughout the deployment lifecycle

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in telecommunications or related infrastructure industries strongly preferred
• Proven experience managing or coordinating multiple concurrent projects
• Familiarity with project management software, such as Jira, is preferred
• Ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors
