Job Summary
Leading a team of EHS professionals, the full-time Offshore Wind EHS Leader will provide guidance and support for EHS needs in the transportation, construction, commissioning, and servicing of offshore wind turbines, ensuring safe and compliant operations in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide active EHS leadership, guidance, and mentoring for project and operations teams
- Establish and communicate EHS targets and determine related KPIs for projects
- Oversee incident management, regulatory compliance, and the execution of contractor safety management programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational HSE or a related field
- Extensive senior-level HSE leadership experience within offshore wind or relevant exposure to offshore operations in other energy sectors
- Certification as a Safety Professional (CSP) or Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, projects, or programs effectively
