Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to manage a diverse caseload and support existing attorneys in Ohio and Kentucky.
Key Responsibilities
- Review documentation related to Ohio and Kentucky default practices for legal compliance
- Draft and review pleadings, evaluate files, and provide legal opinions
- Independently manage a diverse workload and represent clients at hearings
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Membership and good standing with the Ohio State Bar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney
- Experience in foreclosure, title, and/or financial services
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws
