Job Summary
Managing residential and commercial foreclosure matters, the full-time Ohio and Kentucky Licensed Litigation Paralegal will draft litigation documents, e-file in state courts, and coordinate hearings while working in a hybrid remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and prepare litigation documents, including pleadings and motions
- E-file documents in Ohio and Kentucky courts while ensuring compliance with court rules
- Serve as the primary point of contact between attorneys, clients, and courts on assigned matters
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in mortgage foreclosure litigation matters in Ohio and/or Kentucky preferred
- 1-3+ years of litigation paralegal or legal assistant experience
- Paralegal certificate, associate degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong knowledge of court filing systems and litigation deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
