Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician - Remote US.

Key Responsibilities

• Process prior authorization requests and complete approvals when pharmacist review is not needed
• Handle provider inquiries across multiple communication channels aiming for first-contact resolution
• Document all interactions and follow-up actions accurately in the appropriate systems

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification or Pharmacy Technician registration
• At least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience in relevant settings
• Strong knowledge of drug terminology and pharmacy operations
• Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn internal systems quickly
