Job Summary

A company is looking for a Work at Home Customer Service Advisor for Ohio residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, process, and resolve customer inquiries regarding benefits and insurance
• Document interactions and maintain organized records in the tracking system
• Educate customers and team members on policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of customer service experience
• Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
• Must reside in Ohio and have a hard-wired high-speed internet connection
• Availability to work shifts Monday to Friday, with possible weekends
