Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the advocate for providers, resolving issues efficiently
  • Provide support through calls, chats, and emails while triaging contacts from healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely issue resolution and promote self-service digital tools
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience with issue resolution
  • Experience with computers and the ability to navigate complex systems
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed
