Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to assist families in accessing services efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact incoming families to initiate the credentialing process and confirm eligibility
• Manage documentation retrieval from various sources to activate families into programs
• Foster relationships with referral agencies and primary care offices to enhance communication and referrals

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or intake experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Experience with data integrity in a regulated environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work across multiple systems
• Strong business acumen and understanding of end-to-end business operations
• Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote environment
