Job Summary

A company is looking for a Middle/High School Academic Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor individualized academic plans for students, including credit requirements and progress tracking
• Act as a liaison between students, parents, and teachers to facilitate academic communication and support
• Assist in implementing non-clinical crisis response plans and support student wellness initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field with certification in school counseling
• 3+ years of experience in an academic counseling role at the middle or high school level
• Professional experience supporting students in secondary education within the last 5 years
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new educational platforms and tools
