Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow through hospital transfers and direct admissions
• Provide intake, assessment, and triage for internal and external hospital transfers
• Oversee bed management logistics and ensure efficient patient placement

Required Qualifications

• Local or nearby resident of Cleveland, Ohio
• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN)
• Three years of recent progressive clinical experience in an acute care setting
